>	How much does a project cost? This depends on the scope of the task. We calculate and quote binding prices exclusively on a project basis. We do not make an offer until we have conducted a detailed briefing with you and after the scope of work has been defined. We separate fees and external expenses from each other and ensure cost transparency without hidden commissions. We submit the original offers from suppliers and indicate our expenditures separately if necessary. This means you receive realistic costs and can later award the contract to your own suppliers or ours. This helps you to budget and provides us with the basis for a fair partnership.
>	How long does a project last? The length of a project depends on its scope and your specifications – as well as your cooperation. The faster you provide us with all information and documents, the sooner we can start on the project. For extensive projects we agree with you on intermediate steps that divide the project procedure into clear-cut periods. Thanks to our network, we have access to a pool of specialists at any time and can respond to all demands quickly, reliably, flexibly and according to schedule.
>	Who is responsible for my projects? The point of contact for your projects is [kram'a:rek] Consultants for Integrated Design, i.e. Kerstin and Johannes Kramarek. If specialists are consulted, you can communicate directly with the experts or via us. In these cases, too, we handle project management so as to avoid any loss of time. At the start of a project we introduce all project partners, coordinate the further procedure jointly with you and define your contacts.
>	What is the procedure for the cooperation? Major project steps or decision-making processes are, of course, coordinated on a timely basis. This can take place either at your location or at our company. We prefer to hold workshops and coaching in a "neutral" place to clear our heads. We generally avoid long-winded and unproductive meetings. We communicate quickly and precisely and use all available means of communication. With many of our clients we implement the projects almost exclusively by e-mail or phone, which additionally saves costs and accelerates coordination. The crucial point is that you always have someone who can make decisions immediately without further queries. This saves time, too, so you can concentrate entirely on your actual work.
>	How do I know if you are the right project partner? We have already achieved a lot and won over many clients in our career, though obviously we cannot do everything.
